Heather Clifford

Heather Clifford is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over a decade of progressive recruiting experience across industries including logistics, technology, and advertising. She currently serves as a Director of Recruiting Operations at Arpeoh, where she leverages her extensive background in RPO and corporate recruitment to deliver strategic hiring solutions at scale.

Before joining Arpeoh, Heather spent nearly three years as a Senior Talent Advisor at Milestone Technologies, Inc., supporting high-growth technical and operational recruitment efforts. She also honed her full-cycle recruiting skills as a Professional Recruiter at Bayard Advertising (now Appcast) and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant during her time as an independent contractor.

Heather’s recruiting career began at YRC Freight, followed by impactful roles at Integrity Staffing, where she managed large-scale hiring projects for Amazon. Her experience also includes entrepreneurial leadership as the owner of Lake Time General, a small business she operated for two years.

Known for her adaptability, people-first approach, and commitment to operational excellence, Heather brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every talent engagement she leads.
